Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or other related courses.
5+ years' experience in flexible manufacturing
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience in product development
Can ensure that standard productivity, recovery and utilities usage of each product line are met at all times
Possess the ability to implement strict adherence to all SOP's of the plant to ensure that all product produced are within set standard
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate to both internal and external customers.
Have the ability to handle projects and issues autonomously while working within a small team structure
Ability to work quickly (deadline-driven) and creatively to prioritise and meet deadline
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new product from end to end process.
Work closely with operations to ensure that the new processes for implementation are reviewed and effective.
Work closely with operations in achieving the correct quantity of waste during development.
Working with our quality management systems to ensure that new specifications are reviewed and updated.
Review customer requirements and making sure they are met.
Work closely with the supplier and customer on different stages of product development.
Develop product training programs for the co -workers
Establish standards and guidelines for supplier evaluation. Evaluate and select packaging suppliers/vendors; periodically conduct vendor reviews.
