We are looking for a Product Designer to work on various products we develop for our customers.
 
Product Designer responsibilities include defining product specifications, creating digital or print drawings, and designing fully functional products. To be successful in this role, you should have an eye for color and shape and be able to translate requirements into practical product features. Ultimately, you will help us build products that are easy to use and visually appealing to our potential customers.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate and work with the team to have a clear instruction on the output design.
Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
Produce 3D CAD designs on within the expected timeline
Suggest improvements to design and performance to engineers
Employ design concepts into functional prototypes
Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
Coordinate with team to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectation
Identifying opportunities for new products
Learn sourcing and be able to find vendors/factories that fits the need of the company
Ideal candidate for the role:
Relevant work experience as a product designer is preferred
An experience working with manufacturer/factory is preferred
An experience in plastic injection molding, metal, textile, or wood fabrication is preferred
Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools
Good knowledge of 3D modeling software
Experience in industrial design
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
Good understanding of color science and combinations
Artistic and innovative flair
Excellent attention to detail
Meticulous and diligent
Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
Sourcing experience is a HUGE plus. If none, candidates must be willing to train and learn sourcing tasks.
Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
Team player and able to work with less supervision
Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude
Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, and PH holidays
Well-organized, responsible, and has initiative
Independent with a positive work ethic and passion to succeed
Willing to start immediately
