Description
MVP Asia Pacific is looking for a Product Designer for one of our clients. Our client provide leading Practice Management Software for barristers. We are the largest provider in Australia and are rapidly expanding globally. We have helped thousands of legal professionals save time and money managing their practices so that they can focus on what they do best, and excel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
•Be the primary product designer that is responsible for delivering exceptional user experience via impactful design.
•Be able to clearly articulate design and product thinking.
•See a solution through from concept to production.
•Create wireframes, both low/high-fi, visual frameworks that articulate the journeys, flows, components and elements required to solve customer problems.
•Work alongside the product managers and engineers to iterate on designs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
•Ensure consistency and quality across products, user experiences and interfaces.
•Participate in user research to understand customer problems, goals, behaviors and pain points.
To be qualified, you should be:
•2-5 years of experience as a Product Designer for web based applications.
•A portfolio of high quality design outcomes, contributing to user experience and the success of the product.
•Demonstrated experience using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or any graphics editing or designing tools to create design systems, concepts, prototypes and production ready interfaces.
•A track record of solving customer problems through design.
•Ability to see concepts through ideation, prototyping and implementation.
•Ability to understand complex problems and to design simple and effective solutions.
•Ability to keep up with industry best practices and trends.
•Ability to adjust approach towards designs based on feedback collected and provided.
•Have a keen eye for design, detail and quality.
•A self-starter who is excited to work at a fast-paced growing company and is comfortable with ambiguity and minimal guidance.
