The PRODUCT CONFIGURATION ANALYST manages the product change management process across Littelfuse business units, operations and plants, ensuring processes related to product and process change control are followed and maintained.
About the Job
.Main responsibilities include analysis and initial processing of change requests, classifying change types, coordinating change request approvals and process oversight to ensure all product and process change requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
.Monitors the progress of product changes and requests through the change management module in Aras Innovator and work with business unit and plant coordinators when the issues need resolution.
.Escalate systemic issues to Global Quality staff when data suggests it is necessary to do so.
.Manages and monitors the change requests and follow-up for pending tasks needed.
.Supports Aras Innovator PLM system improvements as it relates to product change management.
.Provides PCCM-related trainings as needed and maintain the central knowledge base.
About the Job
.Must be a graduate of Bachelor or university degree with one to two years of working experience in the same function.
.Demonstrated success working with engineering, operations, and manufacturing Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
.Must be knowledgeable in MS Office.
.With strong analytical skills and strong communication skills.
.Must have high attention to detail and willingness to work in different shifts.
