PRODUCT CATEGORY MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities
Formulate sales forecasts and plans for JCC import products and other related products for corresponding distribution channels.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the JCC team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Responsible for objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Qualifications:
A graduate of business-related course.
At least 4-10 years of work experience in a Managerial capacity preferably in the retail industry
Keen on details and highly organized
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making
Good leadership skills and excellent customer relations skills
Knowledgeable in SAP
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
