CATEGORY INFORMATION AND ANALYTICS * Analyzes swine feeds sales volume and studies factors affecting the trend.
Conducts market research to evaluate market and competitive situations.
Documents relevant information, data, figures and updates relevant to the swine industry.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT * Facilitates presentation of the swine feeds product portfolio to internal and external stakeholder.
Implements and monitors feeding trials to generate complete and accurate data.
Coordinates with the technical working group to execute assigned projects and programs.
Coordinates with the Sales Team and Branding and Marketing Team to conceptualize communication materials and organize product launches and related events.
Coordinates with the NITR Team to address product-related concerns.
OTHER TASKS * Participates in all company initiatives and programs as well as provide support whenever necessary.
Ensures compliance to food safety, good housekeeping and quality management system based on standards of 5S, GMP, HACCP and ISO.
Performs other work-related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Economics or other related courses.
One year work experience in areas of product development, project management or market research.
Fluent in verbal and written communication.
Proficient in data organization and analysis.
