YOUR ROLE
To continuously review the P+P processes/initiatives together with the regional team to improve, implement, drive operational efficiency, quality and automation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist Regional Product + Performance team to review the KN internal processes + drive the ISC products:QE, DOE, Cargo Steering, KPI, OCR, DILO studies
To develop + maintain expert knowledge of your stakeholders' business needs + our solutions offering.
To maintain, improve + publish all documents of allocated account(s), including but not limited to training materials, working instructions etc.
To ensure awareness and full understanding of all KN related processes + deliverables by providing regular training, coaching + guidance to internal stakeholders.
To collaborate with the Data Engineer, Data Visualization Specialist to establish, maintain + improve the enhancement of our ISC products
To proactively identify (potential) performance gaps + risks + collaborate with country teams to perform CAPA + escalate structural issues or risks related to systems, resources + facilities.
Analyze current processes applicable to implementation solutions and actively propose continuous improvement option.
Documents process flow and records it in WIKI based on Sea Logistics Standards.
Works with P+P team to check the final automated process.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field is required
Experience in logistics, retail or order management is an advantage
Must have knowledge in KN Systems (TMS, ESP, InforNexus and KN Login)
Experience in Tableau and PowerBI are preferable
Supply Chain Expertise
Knowledge and experience in SAP Business Object
Good communication skills
Can work independently under moderate pressure
