Job Description: The Producers lead teams through all phases of large and small projects, managing and delivering all aspects of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and internal and client communication. REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Strong Project Management toolset: Scrum/Sprint process, Budget Management, Project Planning, Statement of Work development
Familiarity with web development technologies
Knowledge of Software/Web Application Quality Assurance
Experience with project management software and understand the capabilities of HTML/CSS and Flash
Client management (both internal and external) on scope and delivery
Experience delivering digital products, including responsive websites, digital campaign components (promotions, contests, banners, CRM) and social media content
Great problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of both internal and client organizations
