Job Responsibilities: 
Assist the Procuremet Manager and oversees the works of Procurement Analyst
Ensures that all procurements are properly supported and in accordance with the approved procedure in Acumatica (Procure-to-pay system of CSC)
Responsible for the processing of the vendor accreditation 
Review the purchase ordered by the Procurement Analyst in Acumatica
Creates payment orders on time for goods and service that has payment tern or needs downpayment
Monitors returns policy and coordinates to the vendors
Prepare weekly report of PR and PO monitoring and saving report
Appraises and recommends suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities and the vendor's reputation and history
Qualifications: 
At least 5-year procurement working experience in Manufacturing or Construction industry or related field is required
Preferrably Supervisors / 2 Yrs and up experienced Employee specialized in purchasing/Inventory/Material & warehouse Management or equivalent
Knowledge in importation, contract administration and vendor accreditation & evaluation will be an advantage
Experience in using ERP/MRP systems like Acumatica, Ariba, SAP will an advantage as well
