We are looking for:
 
PROCUREMENT STAFF
 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying potential suppliers and conducting market research to evaluate options.
Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and requirements.
Obtain and analyze quotations, proposals, and bids from potential vendors.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the company.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven relevant experience of at least 1 year in procurement and purchasing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Creativity and the ability to think strategically.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
