Qualification
-Graduate of Management course
-With experience in procurement is an advantage but not required
Duties And Responsibilities
-Responsible in the procurement of direct and indirect materials for production use
-Analyze and report critical parts.
-Disseminate purchasing information and requirement to supplier.
-Records Purchase Orders to suppliers
-Create and check Purchase Order (PO) to be issued to supplier via electronic procurement
and e-mail every after MRP and when necessary.
-Make and issue material forecast to supplier based on planned quantities every week.
-Prepare delivery schedule and records actual deliveries based on planned delivery.
-Follow-up and check supplier delivery commitment/schedule.
-Control material delivery and inventory.
-Record and update incoming Cost Table.
-Act as mediator between supplier, PIDPH-QA and PIDPH-MC personnel.
-Report delivery discrepancy and quality issue to supplier.
-Prepares suppliers delivery performance report
-Arrange return of materials found defective (RTV)
-Check and verify reasons of suppliers non achievement of delivery based on P.O.
-Verify suppliers conditions on critical Items
-Analyze and reports declared critical items of suppliers
-Confirms suppliers capacity and planning
