 Prepares the purchase order for the chosen supplier and route this PO to all signatories for their approval.
 Contact direct to supplier for the arrangement of delivery schedule. Checking of delivery items as per specifications requested vs purchased via coordination with receiving staff.
 Follow up suppliers on pending deliveries and pending items undelivered.
 Coordinates with the accounting department for terms and payments of supplier
 Ensure Organize filing of documents and records of purchasing department. Keeping BIR 2303 of all suppliers.
 Maybe asked to perform other duties at a lower or higher level of proficiency or not related to this classification of occasion.

 Receiver of signed/ approved Requisition slip. Review and Clarify the requisition requirements and specifications from the requestor as per brand, model, quantity and or alternative items in case of stocks unavailability or phase-out motor or machine parts
