Description
- Sourcing of suppliers, preparation of request for quotation, Purchase Orders and negotiating with the suppliers
- Evaluate price quotations and preparing price comparison sheet for the management approval
- Perform general clerical duties such as maintaining general file, typing and data entry, opening mail, and completing and processing standard purchasing forms
- Tracking purchase orders and follow-up deliveries
- Answer phone calls
- Driving service with Human Resource and Accounting Staff
- Preparation of Various management reports like vendor performance report, monthly performance report
