Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for developing the Project Procurement Strategy and drive its execution. Key actions are driven by supply continuity, risk mitigation and realizing opportunities in procurement of materials and services of project requirements. The role will act as the project procurement function managing all related concerns and integrate actions between project site and Head Office Procurement.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture, preferably licensed
At least 3 years of solid experience in Materials and Contracts Management in Construction Industry
With relative experience in establishing, monitoring and executing Project Procurement Plans
With understanding and a working knowledge of standard construction and infrastructure industry contract types
With excellent communication skills
 
Responsibilities:
Act as the focal person of the Project in all procurement and materials management-related concerns in the project
Develop and execute Procurement Strategy to ensure on-time provision of project requirements
Prepare and consolidate supporting documents of Purchase Requisition for each item of work being requested and evaluate vendors’ proposals to come up with a robust award recommendation
Draft and Review Subcontract Agreements and supporting documents and amend it as necessary
Manage and oversee Material Inventory Assistant to ensure effective control of warehousing function and protection of assets and materials stored at site. 
Identify Materials for recoveries and disposals to realize possible fund recoveries of Project
Conduct a post project procurement review to identify conclusions on the performance of the project in terms of costs, quality, and timeliness
