2. With excellent work habits, trustworthy, resourceful, results-oriented, and has a positive attitude;
3. With Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree is an advantage;
4. With at least 1-3 years of experience as Purchaser (domestic and foreign transactions);
5. Has worked in the same capacity in a processing/manufacturing company or a similar environment (experience in a Japanese company is an advantage);
6. With good communication skills in oral and written form (knowledge in Japanese Language is an advantage);
7. Must be internet and computer proficient (with knowledge of SAP System is an advantage) and have a high-level organization and record-keeping skills;
8. Has the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, and can work under pressure; and
9. Willing to be assigned in Claver, Surigao del Norte.

Job Description
1. Perform researching/scouting of potential vendors;
2. Perform comparison and evaluation of offers from different suppliers;
3. Negotiate contract terms and agreements including the pricing;
4. Process and issue Purchase Orders (PO);
5.Track order ad ensure timely delivery;
6. Input order details into the internal database;
7. Maintain and update records/data of products/deliveries/invoices;
8. Prepare reports on the purchases including cost analyses;
9. Monitor stock level and place order as needed;
10.Coordinate with Warehouse Staff for any delivery concerns;
