Job Description
Attend to all correspondence regarding shipment orders
Prepare purchase orders and purchase bills
Formulate required relevant reports
Arrange logistics for cargo handled by the department
Liaise with accounts and sales departments to manage the smooth functions of tasks assigned
Liaise with suppliers and coordinate all logistics pertaining to the suppliers and cargo requirements
Responsible for the smooth function and coordination of all tasks assigned
Update the systems and necessary filing systems
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
