Developing, planning, organizing and implementing enterprise wide contracting and procurement strategies and programs to increase operational efficiency and profitability.
Efficient management of the production planning full cycle process to ensure availability of stocks, management of cost effective inventory levels, and maximizing efficiency in view of capacities and production runs scheduling.
PROCUREMENT:
Procure Trade and Non Trade Materials & Services, maximizing cost efficiency, management of inventory levels, and availability, in support of operations needs
Facilitates profitable contract management with Third Party Manufacturers & Service Providers, and establishes mutually beneficial partnership.
Establishes and manages the Performance Management System for suppliers and Third-Party Manufacturers.
Conducts regular review and build-up of a reliable network base of suppliers and vendors' at optimum level
PRODUCTION PLANNING
Ensures the conversion of auto-replenishment requirements demand plan into production orders that will be finalized into a Production Schedule.
Facilitates scheduling of In-House production and/or through Third Party Manufacturers based on the Capacity Requirements and sales forecast spread for the covered period.
Ensures the generation of the Material Requirements Plan from the system which will be used as basis for the supply plan and reference for Purchase Requisition and P.O. processing by Procurement
Ensures that packaging material and raw materials are available to meet the production plan
