Job Responsibilities:
Ensures the purchase requests are properly processed in Acumatica in accordance with the company policies and procedures
Verifies if all sailent information are in the Purchase Requisition before processing
Prepare the canvas sheet or bid tabulation based on quotations or bid proposals solicited from vendors, review technical specifications and evaluate competitive price quotations to determine best deal
Process the purchase requests to purchase orders in Acumatica
Appraises and recommends suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the vendor's reputation and history
Qualifications:
At least 2-year procurement working experience in Manufacturing or Construction industry or related field is required
Knowledge in importation, Contract Administration, and Vendor Accreditation & Evaluation will be advantage
Experienced in ERP / MRP systems like Acumatica, Ariba, SAP will be an advatage as well
