PROCUREMENT ANALYST - PR
Location: Cebu
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and Manage Purchase Orders (including resolution of PO-related issues)
Support Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and request for Quotation (RFP) in e-procurement tool
Manage material availability
Support in the resolution of PO related invoice issue
Monitor supplier performance
Support preparation of supplier's negotiations
Create monthly reports on supplier KPI's and Procurement KPI's
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years of solid experience as a BUYER or PURCHASER, or working in an EXPEDITING or an ORDER PROCESSING function is required
Basic Negotiation with suppliers is also required
Material planners will also be considered
Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment would be ideal
Relevant procurement experience in SAP/equivalent ERP environment is expected
Must be willing to work in the second shift (1PM-10PM) Must be flexible
Strong communication skills in English would be expected
