PROCUREMENT ANALYST- IGS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and Manage Purchase Orders
Validate and Purchase Requisitions
Resolve Administrative issues related to PO (1st level of escalation)
Support Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and request for Quotation (RFP) in e-procurement tool
Support in the resolution of PO related invoice issue
Monitor supplier performance
Support preparation of supplier's negotiations
Create monthly reports on supplier KPI's and Procurement KPI's
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years of solid experience as a BUYER or PURCHASER, or working in an EXPEDITING or an ORDER PROCESSING function is required
RFQ experience is preferred
Basic Negotiation with suppliers is also preferred
Relevant experience in a consumer goods and services environment would be ideal
Relevant procurement experience in ERP environment is an advantage
Must be willing to work in the third shift (3PM - 12PM)
Strong communication skills in English would be expected
Must be willing to work in Cebu City
