Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Procurement Admin Assistant who can work with us full-time and on-site!

As a Procurement Admin Assistant,
You will be supporting the Vendor Manager with writing up agreements, with high-quality preferred suppliers, minimising the total expenditure and maximising the value received across the brand.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
Preparing, verifying, controlling, or closing out procurement documents, files, reports, or records
Assisting in the development of automated procurement procedures
Maintain the filing of soft copies of the ongoing and complete procurement requests with all the supporting documents as required
Communicate to suppliers the needs and expectations of the company and support in monitoring supplier performance in line with KPIs, contractual obligations and service level agreements.
Help prepare supplier reviews and audits
Assist/Support with Issue management, including debt, incidents, and disputes
Assist and prepare a market analysis of each supplier division
Research and compare suppliers and bulk buying opportunities to benefit the franchisee network.
In consultation with Legal, ensure commercial contracts are legally compliant
Assist with the full or partial tenders for major supply contracts.
Assist with the coordination and administration of conference sponsorship.
Work with finance on ensuring all rebates are coming through as planned.
Manage all new supplier queries.
Liaise with other shares services including Compliance and Property on key initiatives.
Requirements
We would need you to be or have the following:
Minimum 2 years experience in Procurement or Business Administration.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Teams and advanced Excel).
Sound presentation skills.
Franchise and/or fitness industry exposure advantageous is a plus!
