Qualifications:
Fresh Graduates /At least 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Agriculture, or Manufacturing.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
Willing to work on a shifting/flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
Maintain all records and document pertaining to company's code and rules for processing
Monitor and verify specification of raw materials and packaging, process procedure and documentations
Ensure that all production checklist are properly accomplished
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of equipment used in processing
Submission of Recon and Product Report To EZDR, Cold Storage Inventory
Coordinate And Document Dispatch Of Stocks To Retail Stores And TDs
Ensures GMP Compliance Of The Trucking Crew
Monitors All Dispatch Personnel And Equipment To All Standard Procedures/Specifications/Quality And Material Control
Prepare daily Stock Withdrawal Sheet /Delivery Receipts
Quality of dressed chicken as well as quality control
