The opportunity
We are looking for a Process Training Director who will be responsible for leading the training and development programs of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a passion for helping others grow and develop. The Process Training Director will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to develop and manage a team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive process training strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify and prioritize the process training needs across the organization based on business goals and employee development needs.
Manage the design, development, and delivery of process training programs for employees at different levels of the organization.
Manage the evaluation and continuously improve training programs to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.
Develop and manage a team of trainers, training leads and training managers.
Foster a culture of learning and development throughout the organization.
Partner with department heads and segment counterparts to identify performance gaps and training needs.
Manage the training resources, ensuring these are allocated appropriately.
Manage the development and maintenance training materials, including presentations, job aids, and other supporting documentation.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to training

What we are looking for
Need to have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Education, or Business Administration.
7+ years of experience in training and instructional design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of training principles, methods, and techniques.
Experience with instructional design and development of training materials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong change management skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of Ability to analyze training needs and design effective programs to meet those needs.

Experience with learning management systems and other training technologies.
Ability to travel as needed.
