Job Description:
As a Process Trainer, your responsibilities include facilitating classroom training, on-the-job coaching, developing educational material and organizing training sessions for new hires. Ultimately, you will make sure our Customer Service Representatives develop their skills and successfully address customers' needs.

standards are unreasonably high
Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
Requirements * At least 2 years work experience as a Process Trainer in Call Center or BPO setup
Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)
Familiarity with interactive learning activities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Additional certification in training is a plus
