PROCESS TRAINER / SENIOR CSR
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
1 year + Experience as Process/Product Trainer
Experienced in Healthcare Process Training is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Proficient with MS Office (Word,Excel,Powerpoint)
Excellent knowledge of timeline
Strong coaching and motivating skills
Must possess strong problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze training needs to identify deficiencies
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery of consistent high-quality client training programs.
Understand the process training for one or two more verticals.
Develop and deliver training modules under specified timelines.
Track progress of each trainee.
Raise an early warning on trainees who are slow learners/unable to reach the required standards.
Document training modules.
Interact with clients for the product/process training.
Assess training needs and customize training approach to be the most effective based upon the trainees and training content.
Provide basic content for learners which is complete and up-to-date.
Keep oneself and ensures one's team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures.
Ensure that all company information which includes client information is kept confidential and secured.
