Welink MCS is hiring for a Process Trainer for Social Media Account in behalf of a client partner in the BPO Industry
Location: Cebu City

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training modules under specified timelines
• Manage training class and interdepartmental communication and coordination
• Understand the process training for one or more verticals
• Manage databases - batch list, scores of agents, etc.
• Assess the performance of trainees and check tests
• Interact with clients
• Document training modules, etc.
• Mentor trainees effectively
• Keep oneself and ensures one's team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems
• Ensure that all company ****rmation which includes customer ****rmation is kept confidential and secure
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any course with at least 4 years of total work experience
• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Hands-on experience in training preferred
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must know basic and operational knowledge of internet
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, and networking issues and troubleshooting mechanisms
• Excellent knowledge of the timeline
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills
