Job description 1. This position is responsible to performs specific activities for the the development and validation of new process bricks by establishing robust process setting, materials and equipment capability to enable successful development Job description 1. This position is responsible to performs specific activities for the the development and validation of new process bricks by establishing robust process setting, materials and equipment capability to enable successful development and release of new products to mass production. 2. Supports the Line stressing activities of new products/processes towards seamless launch to mass production in meeting performance objectives in Yield, Quality and Cost. 3. Participates in the execution of activities in resolution of major process technical issue (as directed by the NPI Process superiors by utilizing expertise in the assembly process with available tools, methodologies. 4. Participates on specific projects for continuous quality improvement of new products and processes in NPI. 5. Ensures proactive quality compliance of new products. In case of technical issues, analyzes and identify root cause of the problems, recommends corrective actions, evaluate effectiveness of corrective action taken to achieve customer satisfaction. 6. Executes planned activities on material cost reduction projects and process simplification activities as early as development stage of new products. Profile Education: . With a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communications Engineering Experience: . With a minimum of 7 years technical and managerial experience handling related tasks in a similar environment Skills/Knowledge: . Must have strong leadership skills . Must have solid background in the manufacturing or semi conductor industry . Must have good interpersonal & communications skills . Keen attention to details, both data organization and analytics. .
