About the Job:
Texas Instruments is looking for a skilled Process Technician to join our team supporting one of our clean rooms. This technician will be an invaluable part of the team, interfacing and communicating with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently. Additionally, you will provide process and product support to the organization and address production concerns and disposition of production material.
Responsibilities include:
Perform technical tests and experiments for engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturers
Monitor, audit and provide guidance to line operators once the product is on the line
Test new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel
Perform SWR review on all SWRs submitted to Clark for correctness according to qualified process, Clark specific BOM and packing materials, cure profiles and other site specific processes.
Generates SWR ATSS , MB Diagram, SMS Set-up
Communicate to requestors issues and concern on SWR Requests and work with them up to resolution.
Gathers manufaturability data across assembly process and compile into a report.
Responsible on completing the manufacturability qual requirements and its approval.
Maintain the SWR System, MQ system, Production MBD repository.
Meets Cycle time and quality requirement for the group
Minimum requirements:
Associate's degree in a technical field
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly and efficiently to improve overall fab performance
Ability to learn and understand process flow quickly, and support the engineering organization as needed
Outstand organizational, teaming, and troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong collaborative skills in team environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
