YOUR ROLE
To continuously review the SSC processes with the aim to improve, implement, operational efficiency, quality and automation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages and coordinates with respective ABPs, ZA-ONs, and Team Managers and Team Leaders in the development and implementation of the projects.
Supervise all projects and efficient working of all team members and assist, identify and resolve all issues efficiently for all projects.
Analyze current processes applicable to implementation solutions and actively propose continuous improvement option.
Documents process flow and records it in WIKI based on Airfreight Standards.
Works with Automation team to check the final automated process.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree of any four year course is required
Experience in Air Logistics is preferred
Good communication skills
High degree of organizational and administrative skills
High degree of CIEL/AirLog knowledge and basic knowledge of KN operations are preferred
