QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering
- Posses a demonstrated history of working in the Semiconductor industry
- Experienced in Waffer saw, backgrind, dicing, die attached, front/backend.
- Knowledgeable with Quality control semicon process ( DOE, JMP, SMEA,PSM)
- Experience in customer focus engineer (client interface) is an advantage
