Your Role:
The position holder is responsible for global End-to-End process design in the area of Invoice-to-cash / Accounts Receivable processes, including, but not limited to, activities covered by our Global Business Services organization, to improve business outcomes. He/she defines and further optimizes E2E processes, roles & responsibilities, KPIs etc. A special focus is on leveraging potentials for automation and harmonization across countries and systems (especially SAP) in close cooperation with our I2C Operations, IT, Treasury and Country Finance organizations.
This includes applying new technologies, like smart automation and process mining, as well as SAP standard tools. It is also part of the responsibilities to align implementation of standard processes in ERP projects in close alignment with MBS Finance Project Management on request, and to ensure process documentation in line with company standards together with support team and other Process Managers. On an ad-hoc basis you support additional project initiatives related to I2C process improvements in a wider sense, e.g. in credit management or our inhouse banks, and contribute to corresponding project work.
Who you are:
Degree in Finance or similar field, like IT with a strong focus on Finance.
Knowledge in SAP FI required, hands-on experience in other group systems (Oracle, Epicor Scala) is a plus.
Experience in Accounts Receivable accounting in an SAP environment, either operationally or in rollout projects, strongly preferred. Alternatively experience in a consulting role in similar projects.
Additional knowledge in new technologies in accounts receivable processing would be an additional benefit.
Fluency in English
Experience, ability and preference to work in an international team
Enjoying to pro-actively drive improvements and best-practice solutions, together with multiple stakeholders in Accounting, IT and other Finance areas
