The Process Lead Technician ( OSBL Operation and CME Plant Maintenance) will lead in conducting preventive maintenance servicing to all equipment specially pumps at the CME plant and will lead the operation at WWTP, Cooling towers, nitrogen generator and instrument air compressors.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Ensures that the WWTP , Clean and Dirtly Cooling towers, Nitrogen generator and instrument air compressors operate as planned in a safe and efficient way.
, requests, monitors and records the preventive and corrective
maintenance needed and to be performed at OSBL, Boiler, Degumming and Biodiesel area. And leads and performs preventive maintenance and repair activities as needed during operation and scheduled shutdowns.
3. Makes and submit regular reports to superior and properly files all records. Accomplishes operating field data sheets, turn-over logbooks and other reports and properly files the records
4. Coordinates with other PLTs, PFts, Boiler Technicians, Material Movement, Inventory and Warehouse Personnel, forklift operator, truck scale operator, accountant, chemist, depot personnel and other departments on matters related to WWTP , Clean and Dirtly Cooling towers, Nitrogen generator and instrument air compressors operation.
5. Checks , monitors and initiates request of raw materials, chemicals, process aids, equipment spare parts and other materials needed for plant maintenance system implementation and operation of WWTP , Clean and Dirtly Cooling towers, Nitrogen generator and instrument air compressors.
6. Performs start-up, shutdown and emergency procedures at WWTP , Clean and Dirtly Cooling towers, Nitrogen generator and instrument air compressors
7.Reviews and revise when needed the WWTP , Clean and Dirtly Cooling towers, Nitrogen generator and instrument air compressors operating procedures. And formulate plans and schedule for Preventive Maintenance Servicing of equipment/facility in his area of responsibiliy.
8. Supports and participates on the implementation of the pollution control and safety program of the plant. Performs regular housekeeping to keep the plant area clean and safe. Responsible for ensuring that WWTP are operated continuously as required, by giving specific instructions and guidance to the assigned operators/utility personnel and for maintaining the cleanliness of the area by implementing 5S through the operators/utility personnel. Sees to it that the plant is HSSE compliant during his shift. Acts as member of the plant Emergency Response Team (ERT). Participate during the regular fire and emergency drills with the ERT.
9. Leads the Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics technicians/maintenance personnel during the conduct of preventive and corrective maintenance activities at OSBL, Boiler, Degumming and Biodiesel Plant.
10. Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
a. Operates heavy equipment like forklift when needed
Preferred Qualifications for this Role:
Engineering Technology/Vocational Courses, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering related courses
Licensed Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Engineer, TESDA Certifications
At least 5 years of experience in Maintenance Works and at least 1 year experience regarding some equipment operations( like pumps, generator, compressor, filter press, agitator..etc.).
With experience in maintenance works such as but not limited to; pumps repairs, motor-pump alignment, lubrication of equipment (greasing and change oil activities), bolt tightening and torque application, belt tensioning and pulley alignment, mechanical seal reconditioning and installation, gearbox inspection and repair, hydraulic cylinders and equipment inspection and repair.
Knowledgeable about hot works, welding , grinding, drilling and scaffolding works and with background about fabrication works.
With experience in manpower supervision.
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
