Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Accounting, Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Industrial).
Senior Manager / Manager specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Required certification(s): Certified Green or Black Belt.
Responsibilities
Job Role:
Plan, organize, implement and manage Process Improvement Projects.
Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
Monitor and audit the deployed processes for effectiveness & efficiency.
Responsible for the visual dashboards and metrics.
Improve productivity and reduce defects at each stage of the process.
Train respective project teams during implementation of each project.
Organize Lean and Kaizen competitions across departments.
Continually audit activities and align the KPIs and KRAs to achieve target behavior.
Develop audit plans, document non-compliance, ensure that KPIs and KRAs are tracked.
Establish a Change Management Procedure and monitor its implementation on every project.
Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
Additional Requirements
Job Requirements:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree.
Candidate must have created & managed several process improvement projects.
Must have at least 5 years relevant experience.
Must be at the supervisory or management level.
Experienced in deploying framework to improve process performance in a manufacturing environment.
Certified Green or Black Belt.
Applicant must be willing to work in Bulacan.
Additional Info
Salary between PHP 40,000.00 and PHP 50,000.00
Location: Bulacan, Central Luzon.
