Job Description
-The job duties of this position is to improve and maintain efficient and profitable Business and IT operations that also produce the highest quality of products and services.
-Doing so requires knowing where to find the challenges in a process, methods and methodologies of correcting them. This will give tools and techniques to attack waste, reduce inefficiencies and cut down on mistakes and errors in a process.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Collaborate with the clients, business & IT management to document, continually monitor and evaluate programs, processes, workflow, and business results. Evaluating, in detail, a current operation from start to finish.
-Facilitate problem solving by leveraging/modeling continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate root causes and permanently reduce variances.
-Analyzing this information to find areas of waste, duplication, and frequent errors.
-Act as the Single Point of Contact for Vendors and Clients. Developing a plan to implement changes.
-Monitoring the results of the changes to ensure they are working.
Qualifications
-Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high volume production operations environment in a leadership capacity - managing a broad and diverse scope of business processes.
-Ability to work with data, spot trends and draw conclusions.
-Management skills, including the ability to execute and prioritize several tasks/work streams simultaneously is required.
-Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management.
-Ability to develop, present and implement ideas and programs.
-Able to work independently with people from various departments within an organization.
-Written and verbal communication, listening skills.
-Lean certification and experience. Six Sigma certification is nice to have.
-Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
