JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Conducts production planning and implementation
Assists the Production Head in overseeing the entire production activity.
Monitors and Analyzes effectiveness of existing system and procedures.
Organizes, monitors and controls over-all processing operations to meet the day to day production schedule.
Monitors and controls activities in the assigned area to assure the smooth flow of production operations.
Review and Implement effective manning and/ or positioning of personnel in the production line.
Conducts process improvement studies to ensure line efficiency and achieve higher level of production.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Industrial or any Engineering course graduate
Process-oriented with experience in documentation, continuous improvement programs, process standardization, creating work instructions
Results-oriented, proactive, and highly dependable
With / without experience; willing to be trained
