About the role
The Process Engineering Manager will lead the EOL/Mold Assembly Process Engineering team with the objective of providing Engineering process solutions for built-in quality and robust process for all products delivered to customers.
What you will do
Perform continuous process capability improvement and establish strong process control & Firewall
Continuously practice Gemba FMEA to identify the risks in the process control and resolve/prevent chronic technical problems
Responsible for qualifying / characterization of new process or material changes and implementing controls.
Benchmarking and implementing best practices.
Capacity increase through engineering solutions.
Performs root cause analysis, technical simulation studies and corrective actions for Customer / line chronic issues.
Drive alternate source material qualification for cost/DFPC improvement.
Ensure the EOL Process Engineering team deliver the expected output;

What you will need
Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics or related Engineering degrees
Minimum 10 years of working experience in semiconductor industry with 5 years leadership role & expertise at molding process.
Excellent Technical & Managerial Skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skill with an extremely positive attitude towards working as a team.
Broad technical knowledge in problem solving analytical skill
Self-motivated, possess initiative and ability to work independently
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
