• Engineering graduate; • Driving yield improvement activities and leading change projects; • Good in problem solving and analysis; • Should be able to conduct DOE, FMEA, OCAP and Work Instruction; • With understanding on Failure Analysis like SEM / EDX; • With understanding on ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 is a plus; • Provide process engineering support to manufacturing; • Provide process input for the plan cost savings, improvement and process optimization; • Qualify new or after preventive maintenance; • Conduct quality monitoring like SPC, Cpk and GR&R.
