Performs risk analysis using Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
Creates standard working procedures, work instructions, check sheets and quality control instructions.
Plan validation protocols for equipment and process.
Set test equipment parameters according to test method.
Execute validation of new and existing processes in accordance with the validation protocol.
Performs machine and equipment troubleshooting and apply methods to eliminate downtime.
Determines standard time and actual time for each process for production improvement activities.
Prepares purchase request for items needed for validation ay may needed.
Provides training to personnel as maybe requested.
With experience in Mold Design, Mechanical Design
Performs other jobs that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics
At least 3 years experience as Process Engineer in a manufacturing company with ISO certification
Willing to travel and/or relocate to Santo Tomas City, Batangas
