MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY TASKS:
1. All activities of Assembly process: establish parameters for equipments and or machines; provide and develop assembly jigs, tools and equipments; evaluate processes and materials for manufacturing and assembly use; analyze improvement of processes.
2. Develop process flow, process control plan, work instructions, Special Instructions, engineering change Notice and other related drawings and specifications on all products.
3. Monitoring and improvement of process yield through timely investigation, analysis and corrective action of process related Quality problems.
4. Monitoring and improvement of process through timely review of process flow, introduction of jigs, tools and equipments.
5. Equipment and process optimization.
6. Process lay-out.
7. Provide, develop and fabricate jigs, tools, equipments to improve standard time and improve quality by pokayoke (fail proof), and new products qualification.
8. Implementation of Lean Manufacturing Techniques and Activities.
9. Data monitoring for process control variations detected in identified inspection and critical processes.
10. Establishment/implementation of corrective and preventive actions identified during the analysis.
11. Standardization of all identified corrective and preventive actions.
12. New Product Release (NPR): ensure assembly process related activities and requirements are met and provide analysis for those that failed to meet the target.
13. Provide, develop and conduct trainings for procedure and processes made.
14. Meet objectives and targets set for quality and company.
15. Continuous Improvement as to Quality, Cost Down and Delivery
16. Support all Manufacturing activities
17. Supports implementation to ISO/TS 16949 and other standards and target set.
18. Perform other task assigned.
