Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Chemical and Industrial Engineering)
With minimum of 3 years Engineering functions in manufacturing and assembly environment.
Experience in performing Assembly Line & Machine efficiency analysis as input for improvements
Must be able to provide strong support to Quality Assurance in solving customer concerns and prepare corrective and preventive actions as required.

Duties and Responsibilities
To develop, monitor, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflow for assembly and sub-assembly products
Responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.
Provide technical support for machines, processes and production lines in the organization to ensure continued production
Coordinates with the introduction of new and redesigned products, special projects, and technical studies together with NPI Team
Realize continuous and breakthrough improvement projects
Standardization and documentation of improvements for all operation areas
Investigations and improvement of production processes in the direction of Six Sigma or other equivalent tools
Support the qualification and release of new production processes, equipment and automation, and related manufacturing systems
Conduct evaluations and release of new material according to required quality and specifications
Maintain technical drawings, engineering specifications, BOM, routing, operational standards, work instructions and procedures and current document systems
Develop and implement cost reduction projects and initiatives on a regular basis
Supports fellow engineers in process investigations and in improvement initiatives
