Job Description
Develop, implement and maintain a Business Process Management (BPM) governance for AXA Philippines to meet business objectives
Collaborate with process owners and SME's from top to bottom levels of the organization
Identify and document business processes, analyze how well processes are performing, monitor and report the impact of process changes, evaluate key process risk areas and recommend improvements or how risks they are to be mitigated
Create and maintain business process models
Define Customer Journeys
Create and maintain process diagrams, policies and procedures
Describe the organization through RASCI Matrix and qualify the link between organizational units and the processes they interact with
Identify operational risks - identify the operational risks impacting the organization and link them to different controls when modelling of processes is undertaken coordinate with Risk Managers and Internal Control Office in accordance to the BPM governance
Risk identification and analysis (likelihood and impact assessment
Controls documentation
Conduct Process assessments Assess processes business value, quality of support and risk levels
Assess Customer Satisfaction
Identify business critical processes showing high level of risk
Identify which high value processes perform poorly and should be optimized Using the BPM tool, conduct gap analysis and identify differences between as-is & to-be analysis and im-plementations
Manage and drive process documentations:
Process diagrams
List of operations and textual descriptions
Process RASCI matrix showing involved organizations responsibility
Systems, Tools, Platforms, etc.
Risks matrix o Lead continuous improvement culture program
Your Profile
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration or any related course
At least three (3) year as same function
At least three (3) as same function years of relevant experience in business process management and has applied business process modeling notations to various forms of documenting processes in previous work experience
3 years experience on an Enterprise role in Continuous Process Improvement
3 Years Program Management
BPM (or Quality Management) Program deployment
Familiar with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) Business Analyst Certification is a plus
Has background in Process Engineering, Project Management, or Operations (Captive)
Is excellent in using MS Office applications - specifically Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Statistical tools (Minitab, Python, R, Azure etc
