Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering
With or without experience
Basic knowledge in detergent formulation, machinery, equipment theory and mechanical procedures is an advantage
Job Description:
Oversees the proper, prompt, safe, timely, and efficient production of detergent products in conformance to quality and operational standards.
Ensures the proper, safe, economical, efficient, continuous, and reliable operations of production equipment and machinery.
Formulates and administers policies and procedures on the proper, systematic, and effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
Provide production forecasts of operational requirements in coordination with the Planning, Sales & Marketing, Materials Control Department, Purchasing, and Human Resources Department.
Effectively monitor the proper management of available resources and re-works.
