Job Description -Constantly looks for ways of improving existing processes and procedures in manufacturing to improve product quality, reduce material wastes, increase labor productivity, increase machine efficiency and improve safety.
-Handles new products, new equipment and new processes from proposal until turn-over for mass production or regular operations including creation of necessary production-related documentation such as reports, SOPs, Wls and forms; establishment of necessary standards such as target output, manpower compliment, waste allowance, product allocation, validated machine settings, etc. and orientation of related-personnel.
-Updates production documents such as SOPs, Wls and forms as needed and conducts related orientations.
-Updates production standards such as target output, manpower compliment, waste allowance, bulk staging, etc. and conducts related orientations.
-Monitors compliance of production wastes (bulk and packaging materials) within allowable limits.
-Conducts root cause analysis in problem solving and devises corrective and preventive action.
-Provides rated speed and manpower complement for service requests.
-Works closely with Production Supervisor to handle non-routine work through good planning, sound manpower scheduling, inter-departmental collaboration, crew orientation, decision-making and problem solving to meet appointed targets.
-Performs other duties as delegated by the Production Supervisor and Manager.
Job Qualifications -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent.
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Familiar with manufacturing machines.
-Knowledge in product report crafting and analysis.
-With leadership skills.
-PRC Licensed is an advantage.
