About the role
Responsible for supporting manufacturing through the implementation of Process related issues.
What you will do
Plans, monitors and reviews the process performance indices to established good controls to maintain process performance.
Work as a team with Equipment, manufacturing and external customers to meet the objectives.
Ensures work progress by monitoring/controlling personnel activities through performance measurement and evaluation, enforcement of discipline, personnel counseling and development.
Monitors subordinates'/section's performance and institutes the necessary actions to maintain and upgrade performance.
Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/regulations.
Supports & implements environmental management system with respect to the job.
Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time by superior.
Monitor 24/7 line status or respond soonest possible time related to process inquiry.
Develop programs to improve equipment capacity.
What you will need
Supervisory, computer, communication skills. Engineering graduate with knowledge of semiconductor process and/or material science
With more than / equal to 2 years proven skills / experience in Front of Line assembly (Die bond - Clip Bond)
