Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.
We are presently seeking for Process Engineer that will drive operational excellence, provide overall control, direction, and management of process engineering focusing on the achievement of Operation's performance goals including yield & quality improvement, COPQ reduction, and productivity.
Main responsibilities:

Requirements:
Must be graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
With at least 3 years experience in test assembly
Good in electronics assembly and automation design, hands-on & trouble shooting
Versatile and fast learner
Must have positive disposition
Good leadership skills and results oriented
Experience in optoelectronics components assembly and application is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with good academic standing are encouraged to apply.
