Provides overall control, direction, and management of process engineering
Focusing on the achievement of Operation's performance goals including yield & quality improvement, COPQ reduction, and productivity.
Preferably a graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering.
With at least 3 years' experience in wafer probing and Dicing, COB assembly and Back-End Processes.
Good in electronics design, hands-on & troubleshooting, Six Sigma trained is an advantage
Versatile and fast learner.
Must have positive disposition.
Good leadership skills and results oriented
Experience in optoelectronics components assembly and application is an advantage.
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Architecture and Engineering Electrical / Electronic Manufacturing 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
