Process EngineerAG&P

The Process Engineer shall be responsible for the preparation of fabrication drawings in accordance to engineering detailing standards and project requirements.
Analyses, studies, and reviews all pertinent project documents given by the Lead Engineer/immediate superior.
Prepares detailed design calculations, pipe sizing, stress analysis, equipment's cooling/heating loads, ventilation requirement, technical specifications, etc. (whichever is applicable) in accordance with the Design Code, Standards and Specifications for the safe and reliable use.
Reviews the required MTO's (Material Take Off) and Ordering Information to ensure materials to be purchased is in accordance with the requirements.
Guides/assists the detailer in the preparation of fabrication drawings by providing correct design information, materials specification and testing requirements to ensure the correctness and completeness of fabrication drawing to be issued for construction.
Coordinates with client and vendors to clarify any missing data/information, issues and concerns to ensure correct parameters will be considered in the design calculation and preparation of drawings.
Plans & conducts various studies in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures & criteria.
Develops new approaches to engineering problems and to improve engineering productivity and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
Engineering graduate
Minimum Experience:
At least seven (7) years of experience in detailing and/or engineering works.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD software and/or any equivalent software
Proficiency in using MS Office applications
