Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
At least 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing set up as Process Engineer is required for this position.
Knowleagable in troubleshooting and investigation of process and jigs related problems
Preferably with knowledge in design and drafting using AUTOCAD and other design software
Knowledgeable in fabrication works (Welding, Cutting, etc)
Knowledgeable in basic machnining (Milling and Turning) and related measuring equipment
Must have knowledge in MS Office applications and ISO standards

Job Responsibilities:
Performs variety of process engineering functions encompassing jigs and packaging design, procurement, maintenance, improvement, innovation and monitoring
Performs troubleshooting and investigation of process and jigs related problems and implements necessary corrective and improvement actions
Plans, conducts and monitors maintenance activity of jigs and packaging related to process engineering
Prepares and controls drawings of jigs and packaging, ensuring that all jigs and packaging should have the drawing as necessary
Ensure full implememtation of Jigs and Parts Packaging Preparation procedure
Initiates production/ process improvements project to improve capability, productivity , quality and safety.
Uses quality tools such as FMEA, 7QC and 8D to prevent issue and produce solutions on all jig, fixture and equipmement to avoid failures and occurences.
Prepares process related documents such as operation standard, check sheet and necessary reports needed on the area
