Value Engineering and Process Improvement Initiatives
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years hands on experience in Back-End Processes specifically in Sealing, Welding, Brazing or HeNe Laser process/product.
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
Knowledge in Six Sigma and having a US Visa is an advantage.
Preferably with license but not required.
Versatile and fast learner, must have a positive disposition, with good leadership skills and results-oriented.
