.Provides process engineering support to the manufacturing line and be responsible for the quality, yield, cost, and cycle time of the products.
.Initiates process characterization and optimization programs to drive yield, quality, cost, and cycle time improvements.
.Coordinates with manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering, and other support functions to execute business plans.
.Provides a leadership role in addressing major delivery issues.
.Effectively communicates all relevant information to manufacturing personnel.
.Ensures conformance of organization to processes and controls.
.Ensures a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for the organization.
.Timely execute key projects.
.Coordinates training and advancement programs to ensure continuous personnel development within the organization.
.Leads the process engineering team to meet or exceed KPI targets.
Qualifications
.Degree holder in the engineering field
.More than 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor environment is preferred
.Knowledgeable in plating, mold, trim and form, and marking process
.Able to plan and execute plans effectively.
.Possess sound business and financial knowledge.
.Possess sound analytical thinking and goal-setting skills
.Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
.Sound knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, PFMEA, IATF16949, ISO14001, RBA.
